HOW TO USE IT?
MIXED NUTS POWDER FOR BABIES BELOW 1 YEAR:
✅ Mixed nuts powder can be given to 8+ months babies.
✅ When you start, begin with 1/2 tsp of this powder and check whether the baby shows any allergic reaction.
✅ Check it for 3 days and if the baby is not allergic to it, you can increase the amount gradually.
✅ This is not a porridge by itself and hence start adding little and increase later to maximum 2 tsp a day till an year.
✅ Add to porridges, idli-dosa, pancakes, soups and desserts as per your choice.
MIXED NUTS POWDER FOR TODDLERS, KIDS AND ADULTS:
✅ Can be added to milk, milkshakes, smoothies.

RECIPE
DRY NUTS MILK
1. Dry Nuts Milk is a healthy substitute for your regular plain cup of milk.
2. Having this regularly before going to bed will ensure a sound sleep.
3. Helps in weight gain for kids.
4. Consuming regularly will keep ur skin healthy and glowing.

You Need
✅ Milk – 150 ml
✅ Dry Fruits Powder – 1 tsp heaped
✅ Sweetener – as per ur choice (Sugar or Brown Sugar or Palm Candy or Honey as per ur choice) & to your taste.
METHOD
✅ Take milk in a pan and when its about to boil add the Dry NutsPowder and Sweetener and stir it continuously in a low flame till it boils.
✅ Switch off the flame and close it with a lid and set aside for 5 minutes.
✅ Your Nuts Milk is ready !! You can drink it as such with the fine particles or you can sieve it before drinking.
✅ One or two servings per day is recommended.
